Subject: My URL is banned!

Hi Today i was going through my daily routine on submitting links on good-tutorials and while i was doing that i got and massage saying that my URL is banned! I want to know if it is possible why i got banned form good-tutorials because as far as i know i haven't violated any terms! With Respect Olson Mino
