Subject: 0 Clicks but rated anyway

I recently submitted a tutorial to GT, but noticed that it got ratings, when 0 clicks had been recorded. I hope im not coming across at someone thats sore about not having a tutorial listed, but I don't understand how my tutorial has been rated with no clicks recorded and consequently reviewed but not listed. Can someone please explain this to me?

Hi James,
Sorry about that. I'm actually rather shocked at that; I was virtually certain I had code not to touch a tutorial until it has the requisite ratings and clicks. I'm going to have to go back and verify that that code is still in place (or write it up if it's not there in the first place).
In regard to your specific problem: I've pushed your tutorial to the front page... it's a good tutorial. I hope you accept my apology for this issue.

This problem had never happened to me specifically before up until now, though after I saw my problem I browsed around on the Upcoming tutorials section and seen other tutorials that have been rated but 0 clicks. Thanks for replying promptly!
